Virtual Space At Rose City Park Presbyterian
Worship at RCPPC thrives in virtual spaces. During the pandemic, we came together to worship via Zoom. Today, each worship service streams live on our Youtube channel, where some RCPPC members and friends regularly choose to participate in real time.
If joining live on a Sunday, navigate to the RCPPC YouTube Channel, then look for the video with the red “LIVE” tag in the upper left corner. Click on that and you will be participating with us! (The video usually begins streaming about 5 minutes to 10 Pacific Time.)
The live stream is also recorded in its entirety and kept on YouTube. Sermons are pulled from the recording and kept on YouTube as shorter videos. This way, whether traveling, working, or tending to other affairs, everyone is able to be part of the community in a way that makes sense to them.
A number of opportunities throughout the month provide the chance for virtual participants to fellowship together. Examples are our Women’s Coffee, Men’s Virtual Breakfast, and Compline gatherings. (See our Calendar page for up-to-date information.) Participants may be members or friends of the congregation, or people from anywhere in the world. People seeking a church community sometimes stop in to say hello as well.
