Join us in a space for healing through sound and movement. All are welcome to come play, let loose, or sit back and enjoy the sounds. A variety of percussion instruments will be available to use, or you may bring your own! No experience necessary.

This event is hosted by NAMI Multnomah.  NAMI Multnomah is the Multnomah County affiliate for the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for people with mental illness and their families through support, education, and advocacy.
