All Church Hike

Bring your lunch to enjoy in coffee time and then join the group as we head off for a hike in Forest Park led by Scott Greer. Come enjoy creation and learn about our city’s commitment to ecological stewardship.

We will take an “easy” 3 mile, out and back, hike on the Lower Macleay Trail through Macleay Park. It’s a gradual uphill walk following Balch Creek with an elevation gain of 517 feet. So, it’s a gradual uphill walk going out, and all downhill coming back. We’ll see the old Stone House that some call the “witches castle” which the kids might enjoy seeing. It may (will) be wet.
