Note on inclement weather

We are entering that time of year when weather can quickly turn hazardous and we want you to join our efforts to keep our members and friends (this includes yourself!) safe during inclement weather. We will do our best to keep you updated about church plans through our website and email, so make sure you’ve got our address bookmarked and have joined our email list. We also implore each person, no matter the situation, to make safe, informed decisions for themselves as to whether or not to venture out during snowy or icy conditions. Just because the church is open does not mean everyone should attend. (God appreciates your dedication to worship but would certainly NOT want you to come to church if doing so puts you at risk.)

Remember: Our worship is always available via YouTube and you can find all the necessary links on our website’s This Sunday page.  If there is a question as to your safety, we invite you to watch online instead of coming in person. That said, to maintain consistency for our participants and visitors, we also do our best to have the building open for any pre-planned events as long as it is safe for our leaders, musicians and tech support folks to come to the building. If we are not able to safely open the facility, we will send you an email and post a note on our website. As for our office hours, our staff may choose to work remotely during inclement weather, so please call or email before you come down to make sure we are here and ready to greet you. We hope these assurances will help you think about how you will continue to engage with the church in the upcoming season. Of course if you have any questions or concerns, please call! Happy Winter!
