Voices of Winter: New Light

Northwest Vocal Arts Olympia Chamber Choir and Evergreen Youth Choir present their second annual Voices of Winter concert featuring holiday choral masterpieces centered around the theme of “New Light!” Featuring Benjamin Britten’s “A Ceremony of Carols” and “Three Nativity Carols” by Stephen Paulus. Other works include “Glow” by Eric Whitacre, “Light of a Clear Blue Morning,” by Dolly Parton, “I am Light” by India Arie and much more! Bring the whole family to get into the holiday spirit with some uplifting choral music performed by some of the region’s finest professional and student vocalists! Concerts are on December 20 at 2:00 pm and December 21 at 7:00 pm at Rose City Park United Methodist Church, 5830 NE Alameda in Portland. Tickets on sale now at www.nwvocalarts.org!
